About
JeanMarco Solstice is a prompt-based event for the ship Jean x Marco from Attack on Titan.It is similar to JeanMarco Week, but may not always be limited to a 7-day event. Like the solstice, there will always be two events during the year:
June during the summer solstice &
December during the winter solstice.Typically, the summer solstice is June 20th - 22nd, and Marco’s birthday is on June 16th. The prompt week will be scheduled to include Marco’s birthday and end on the solstice itself.
2025 Summer Solstice example:
June 15th - June 21stSimilarly, the winter solstice is December 20th - 22nd.
2025 Winter Solstice example:
December 16th - December 22ndThe prompts for any given prompt week will be released 2-3 months in advance of the deadline.A prompt event is a fandom event that has a list of ideas or themes listed for a specified amount of time for participants to make content/art. Current Event Details
The 2026 JeanMarco Summer Solstice will begin Monday, June 15th and conclude Sunday, June 21st.Any and all JeanMarco content is welcome! Examples include but are not limited to: drawings, animations, fanfiction, cosplay, video edits, and song playlists.Mature content is allowed and should be tagged appropriately. "AtNight" should be added to the main tags. Examples: JMSS2026AtNight or JMWeek2026AtNight. I personally recommend posting NSFW content, especially visual art, to Bluesky or Twitter/X.Feel free to save the event image to repost on different platforms with proper credit.
Rules
Problematic behaviors will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: bullying, racism, homophobia, and transphobia. Please be respectful to one another.Please make sure to use the event tags and tag the official event account on your post. Content must be tagged appropriately. There will be a separate tag for each solstice event, and an overall yearly tag.
Examples: #JMWeek2025 & #JeanMarcoWeek2025 were used for all 2025 events. #JMWS2025 & #JeanMarcoWinterSolstice2025 were used specifically for the 2025 winter solstice event.The main tag for any given JM Solstice will NOT be for explicit works. There will be a specific tag reserved for these works. I personally recommend posting NSFW content, especially visual art, to Bluesky or Twitter/X.On Tumblr, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky, and Reddit, the official event account is @JeanMarcoSolsticeOn Twitter/X, the official event account is @JMSo1sticeBoth early and late posts are allowed! However, please try to post on time on the designated dates.If you don't like the prompts given, you do not have to make a piece for those prompts. Feel free to create JeanMarco content of whatever you’d like. However, please create something new for the event.If you do not use social media and/or want to remain anonymous, you can directly message me on any social media with a link/file of your piece for the event. Alternatively, you may use the Strawpage to submit a small piece of artwork that I will post across all the JM Solstice social media accounts.Please do whatever you want to make this JeanMarco event fun and accessible!Lastly, do not reach out to the admin excessively. I will do my best to reply to JM Solstice specific questions. I did not create this event to make friends and will not use this blog for personal reasons. A bit of a different event... a crossover of JeanMarco and the trending series: Heated Rivalry! Content should be tagged #JeanMarcoHollanov for this event. The start date is January 24th, and the entry deadline is February 28th.Mature content is allowed and should be tagged appropriately. NSFW content will not have a separate tag for this event, as Heated Rivalry is rated TV-MA.This event is inspired by @jeanmarcoroni's poll on Tumblr.
